Congratulations to Our NTEX Swimmers in their latest EVENTS!

Check out  the NTEX relay team that scored two back-to-back Long Course Zone Championship relay records in the 240-279 age group in the 400 medley relay and the 800 free relay!  Team members are Joe Wickline, Beth Smith, Sue George and Dave Young. The total of combined years is 241. The team shaved 5 seconds off of the old 400 medley time (interesting sideline is the record existed since 2004 when the same Sue George swam on that record setting relay and the relay was organized and coached by Dave Young).  There did not exist a record for the 800 free so today's performance established that record.

NTEX Results from this weekend's South Central Zones Long Course Championships.

Special NOTE: two South Central Zone relay swim records from NTEX (details below)

Go the Distance in 2010!   In the past three years, GTD has become the fastest growing USMS program. More than 1,000 members participated in this USMS fitness event in 2009. GTD is a self-directed program intended to encourage Masters swimmers to regularly exercise and track their progress.
